NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 188, subsection (4), of the Mining Act, 1926, that, sufficient cause not having been shown to the contrary, the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto have this day been struck off the Registers.

North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 22nd November, 1932.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned lands will be offered for sale by public auction for cash or on deferred payments at the North Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, on Wednesday, 11th January, 1933, at 10 o’clock a.m., under the provisions of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.
Waitemata County.—Waari Hamlet.
SECTION 57: Area, 1 acre. Upset price, £75.
Situated on Awarua Road, Oratia, about a quarter of a mile from concrete road along which there is a bus service to and from Auckland, one mile and a quarter from Henderson Railway-station, and three-quarters of a mile from Oratia Railway-station.
Land is high lying and level to undulating. The land has had one ploughing and a hedge planted on the back boundary, otherwise it is unimproved. Nicely situated for a dwelling.
Section 72: Area, 5 acres 2 roods 7·1 perches. Upset price, £150.
Loaded with £6 7s. 6d. for half value of 28 chains of boundary fencing and 3 chains of road fencing.
Situated on Sunny Vale Road, Henderson, about 30 chains from Sunny Vale Railway-station.
Land is high lying, undulating to level, all ploughable, except about ¼ acre. Has been ploughed and grassed but has gone back and is coming away in scrub and gorse. About ¼ acre wattle plantation, ring-fenced. Suitable as site for home—poultry, orchard, and cow.
Section 82: Area, 4 acres 3 roods 32·56 perches. Upset price, £125.
Section is about half a mile from Oratia Railway-station. Access is by a formed road mostly metalled. Medium quality clay soil all more or less ploughable but steep in places.
Good house-site from which good view obtainable. Suitable for fruitgrowing and poultry or worker’s home. About three-quarters of an hour by train to city and half an hour to Mount Eden. Within suburban railway section.
Section 84: Area, 3 roods 39·7 perches. Upset price, £75.
Situated at the corner of Awarua Road and Sunhill Road, Henderson, about a quarter of a mile from the main concrete highway along which there is a regular bus service to and from Auckland and Henderson. About one mile and a half from Henderson Post-office, stores, &c., and three-quarters of a mile from Oratia. Section is high lying and level. Suitable as a site for home—garden and poultry.

Gisborne, 22nd November, 1932.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned lands will be opened for sale or selection in terms of the Land Act, 1924, and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Gisborne, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Wednesday, 11th January, 1933.
Applicants should appear personally before the Land Board for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Gisborne, on Friday, 13th January, 1933, at 10 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board, or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The land in the First Schedule may, at the option of the applicant, be purchased for cash, or on deferred payments, or be selected on renewable lease.
The land in the Second Schedule is available for selection on renewable lease only.
