SCHEDULE.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.—CANTERBURY FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by admeasurement 80 acres, more or less, being Reserve 4320, and being part of the Perceval Riverbed, situated in Blocks II and III, Lyndon Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the west by a public road, towards the north by a river-bank road, again towards the north and towards the west by Reserve 3944, towards the east by Reserve 4111, and towards the south by Reserves 4106 and 4072 and a river-bank road.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered 120/42, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of November, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by the Town Boards Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in that behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the boundaries of the Town District of Te Kauwhata shall be altered by including therein the area described in the First Schedule hereto, such area being now portion of the County of Waikato; and that the boundaries of the said town district, with such alteration as herein provided for, shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

AREA INCLUDED IN TOWN DISTRICT OF TE KAUVHATA.

ALL that area situated in Block XV, Maramarua Survey District, Waikato County, containing 115 acres: Bounded by a line commencing at the northern corner of Section 51, Block XV, aforesaid; thence north-easterly generally along the southern side of the Te Kauwhata Station Road to and across the North Island Main Trunk Railway to the north-western corner of Allotment 539, Whangamarino Parish; thence by the western and southern boundaries of that allotment to and across a public road to the south-western corner of portion Allotment 514 of the parish aforesaid; thence by the southern and eastern boundaries of that allotment to the south-western corner of Wira Street; thence north-easterly by the abutment of that street and Sections 53, 54, 55, and 56, Town of Te Kauwhata, to Moana Road; thence by that road to the north-western corner of Section 25, Suburbs of Te Kauwhata; thence southerly by that section to its southernmost corner; thence by a right line bearing 245° 52', distant 2559·4 links, passing through Section 53, Block XV, Maramarua Survey District, to peg No. I on the eastern side of a public road and by the production of that line across that road to the eastern boundary of Section 57, Block XV, Maramarua Survey District; thence north-westerly generally along the northern boundary of that section to its northernmost corner on the eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence across the railway by a right line bearing 223° 46', distant 511·5 links, to peg No. VIA on its western side; again by a right line bearing 227° 42', distant 3117·5 links, passing through Section 56, Block XV, Maramarua Survey District, to peg No. II on the north-eastern boundary of Section 51, Block XV, aforesaid; thence along that boundary a distance of 1757·8 links to its northern corner, the point of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

TOWN DISTRICT OF TE KAUVHATA.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District in the Whangamarino Parish and Maramarua Survey District, Waikato County, containing 1,290 acres, bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Allotment 343, Whangamarino Parish, and thence proceeding along the northern boundaries of Allotments 343, 344, 345, and 346, Whangamarino Parish, to Allotment 347, Whangamarino Parish; thence along the western, northern, and eastern boundaries of Allotment 347,

Whangamarino Parish, to the Waerenga Road; thence by a right line across the aforesaid road to the north-west corner of Suburban Section 6, Te Kauwhata Township; thence along the northern boundary of Suburban Section 6 aforesaid; thence along the eastern boundaries of Suburban Sections 6 and 12, Te Kauwhata Township, the eastern extremity of Mahi Road, and the eastern boundaries of Suburban Sections 18 and 24, Te Kauwhata Township, to Pa Street; thence along the eastern side of Pa Street to the south-east corner of Suburban Section 27, Te Kauwhata Township; thence westerly generally along the southern boundaries of Suburban Sections 27 and 26, Te Kauwhata Township, the southern extremity of Rimu Street, the southern boundary of Suburban Section 25, Te Kauwhata Township, to its south-western corner; thence along a right line through Section 53, Block XV, Maramarua Survey District, bearing 245° 52', distance 2559·4 links, to peg No. I on the eastern side of a public road; and by the production of that line across that road to the eastern boundary of Section 57, Block XV, Maramarua Survey District; thence northerly and north-westerly generally along part of the eastern and the northern boundary of that section to its northernmost corner on the eastern side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence across the railway along a right line bearing 223° 46', distance 511·5 links, to peg No. VIA on its western side; again along a right line bearing 227° 42', distance 3117·5 links, passing through Section 56, Block XV, Maramarua Survey District, to peg No. II on the north-eastern boundary of Section 51, Block XV, aforesaid; thence along that boundary a distance of 1757·8 links to the Te Kauwhata Station Road; thence along the southern side of the aforesaid road to its junction with the Great South Road; thence northerly along the eastern side of the Great South Road to the western corner of Section 20, Block XV, Maramarua Survey District; thence along the north-western boundary of Section 20, the western boundary of part Section 19, the western and northern boundaries of Section 21, and the northern boundaries of Sections 18 and 17, all of Block XV, Maramarua Survey District, to the Main Trunk Railway; thence southerly along the western side of the aforesaid railway to the south-eastern corner of Section 9, Block XV, Maramarua Survey District; thence by a right line across the Main Trunk Railway to the north-west corner of Allotment 343, Whangamarino Parish, the place of commencement.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of November, 1932.

Polling-places for the Motueka Electoral District appointed.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by the Electoral Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish all existing polling-places, and do hereby appoint the places mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be the polling-places in the said Electoral District of Motueka.
