A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, as extended by section four of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1932, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as roads the land in Mangakahia Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and do also hereby proclaim as closed the roads described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto and resume the land described in the Fourth Schedule for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

Land set apart as a Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of Provisional State Forest No. 1628 set apart by Proclamation dated the eleventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the fourteenth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Westland Land District containing by admeasurement 39 acres, more or less, being part of Provisional State Forest 1628, Block XVI, Mahinapua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. X/98/69, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of November, 1932.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 2 roods 34 perches. Passing through Ohia Kauri-gum Reserve.

Situated in Block V, Rangaunu Survey District. (S.O. plan 27025.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2078, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2601, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of November, 1932.
