NOTICE is hereby given that GILBERT GREENALL WHITE and THOMAS GILBERT BROWN WHITE, both of Hope, Storekeepers, carrying on business in partnership under the style or firm of “G. White and Son,” were this day adjudged bankrupts; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors to be held at my office on Wednesday, the 3rd day of February, 1932, at 2.15 o’clock p.m.

Notice of Extraordinary Resolution.

AT a meeting of the shareholders of MAGNET DRAPERS, LIMITED, held this 19th day of January, 1932, it was resolved as an extraordinary resolution :—

“That it having been proved to the satisfaction of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Mr. JAMES WILLIAM SMEATON, of Dunedin, Public Accountant, be appointed Liquidator of the company.”

I, GEORGE FELTON, of Putaruru, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Dominion of New Zealand, heretofore called by the name of GEORGE RICHARDS, hereby give notice that on the 12th day of January, 1932, I renounced and abandoned the use of the said surname of “Richards,” and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of “Felton”; and, further, that such change of name in evidenced by a deed dated the 12th day of January, 1932, duly executed by me and attested.
