DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore existing between JOHN COCHRANE, HARRY ERNEST COMBS, and GEORGE LYON TAYLOR SAVEGE, carrying on business at 131 Manners Street, Wellington, under the name of the “Civic Press Printing and Publishing Company,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 8th day of October, 1932. The said business will henceforth be carried on under the said name of the Civic Press Printing and Publishing Company by the said John Cochrane and Harry Ernest Combs, who will be entitled to receive all moneys owing to the partnership and who will pay all debts owing by the partnership.
