The North-eastern Side of Portion of Egmont Road and the Western Side of Portion of an unnamed Road in the County of Taranaki exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 31st day of October, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Taranaki County Council on the third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, viz. :—
“ That the Taranaki County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Taranaki, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the Egmont Road fronting Sections 18 and 20, Hua District, Block 6, Paritutu Survey District, nor to that portion of unnamed road fronting Section 72, Hua District, Block 6, Paritutu Survey District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Egmont Road, or the western side of the portion of the unnamed road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of roads.

SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of road situated in the Taranaki Land District, County of Taranaki, known as Egmont Road, fronting Sections 18 and 20, Hua District, Block VI, Paritutu Survey District.
Also the western side of all that portion of road in the said Land District and County fronting Section 72, Hua District, Block VI, Paritutu Survey District.
As the said portions of roads are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84688, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Blenheim Borough Council on the twelfth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two (such resolution being endorsed on the plan referred to in the Schedule hereto), viz. :—
“ The Blenheim Borough Council, being the local authority having control of those streets known as Kinross and Elzy Streets, by resolution declares that the provision of section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to those portions of the said streets adjoining Lots 385, 388, and 391, of Section 46, Opawa, 301 links and 250·12 links respectively, as shown on this plan and being the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. 29, folio 182 ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Elzy Street or the southern side of the portion of Kinross Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, known as Elzy Street, fronting Lots 385, 388, and 391 of Section 46, Opawa District.
Also the southern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and borough known as Kinross Street, fronting Lot 385 of Section 46, Opawa District.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84699, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured brown.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, viz. :—
“ The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of St. George’s Bay Road fronting portions of Allotments 84 and 85 on L.T. 7005 (C.T. 631/64), portion Lot 2, portion Allotment 84 on L.T. 10359 (Deeds Ref. 2A953), portion of Allotment 84 on D.P. 5026, and portion of Allotment 84 in C.T. 436/187, being parts of Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland ” ;
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84285, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Variation of an Order in Council prohibiting Alienation of certain Native Land.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 31st day of October, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS it is enacted by section one hundred and sixty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, that any Order in Council made thereunder may at any time be varied or revoked :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the power and authority vested in him, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby vary the Order in Council dated the twenty-ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, regarding Paeroa East 3B 1 and other blocks set out in the Schedule to such Order in Council, by excluding and excepting from prohibition of alienation the land set out in the Schedule hereto.
