Order in Council varying the Rates of Interest in respect of Specified Loans of certain Local Authorities.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 31st day of October, 1932.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by Orders in Council made on the respective dates specified in the Fifth Column of the Schedule hereto, consent was given to the raising by the local authorities mentioned in the Second Column of the said Schedule of the loans specified in the Third Column of the said Schedule, up to the amounts stated in the Fourth Column of the said Schedule, for the terms mentioned in the respective consenting Orders in Council and at rates of interest not exceeding the rates therein specified and subject to the conditions relating to the establishment of sinking funds therein set out :
And whereas the sums stated in the Sixth Column of the said Schedule have not yet been borrowed, and it is expedient to vary, as regards the borrowing of the said sums, the respective conditions of the said Orders in Council relating to the rate of interest at which the said loans may be borrowed :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section sixty-three of the Finance Act, 1932, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby vary the respective conditions contained in the said Orders in Council relating to the respective rates of interest at which the said loans may be borrowed by imposing, in lieu of references to the respective rates mentioned in the said Orders in Council, conditions that the said sums specified in the Sixth Column of the said Schedule or any parts thereof may be raised at rates of interest being such as shall not produce to the lenders rates exceeding the respective rates specified in the Seventh Column of the said Schedule.

Revolving the Vesting in the Roxburgh Borough Council of Land for Tree-planting Purposes.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 31st day of October, 1932.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the seventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the Gazette of the tenth day of that month, the land described in the Schedule hereto was vested subject to the conditions set forth in the said Order in Council, in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Roxburgh for tree-planting purposes, pursuant to section twenty of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1925 :
And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council should be revoked, and the Roxburgh Borough Council has duly consented to such revocation :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection two of section twenty of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1925, doth hereby revoke the said Order in Council hereinbefore referred to.

SECTION 142, Block I, Teviot Survey District: Area, 97 acres 3 roods 25 perches, more or less.

Revoking Order in Council of the 24th Day of April, 1925, Licensing Henry James Slade to use and occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Hoanga, Northern Wairoa River, in Kaipara Harbour, as a Site for a Wharf.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 31st day of October, 1932.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and published in the Gazette of the thirtieth day of the same month, at page 1141, Henry James Slade, of Hoanga (hereinafter called “the licensee”), was licensed to use and occupy a part of the foreshore at Hoanga, on the Northern Wairoa River, in Kaipara Harbour, as a site for a wharf :
And whereas the licensee has applied to have the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council revoked, and it is desirable to revoke the same :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the Harbours Act, 1923, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, as from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one.
