Block V, Matakoe Survey District, North Auckland Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Matakoe Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and do also
hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described
in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection
ten of the said section twelve.

coloured as above mentioned.

General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of
October, 1932.

endowment Lands.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the
Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the
Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the
disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or
on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the
Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such
land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation,
cease to be national-endowment land:
And whereas the fee-simple of the lands described in the
Schedule hereto (being lands heretofore held under the tenures
specified in the said Schedule) has been acquired, it is expedient
that the said lands should cease to be national-endowment
lands:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section
three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles,
Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after
the dates specified in the Schedule hereto the lands described
in the said Schedule, which were set apart as national-
endowment lands under the provisions of section two hundred
and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, ceased to be national-
endowment lands.
