Declaring Rights-of-way and Streets on Railway Land in the City of Auckland to be Streets.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section fourteen of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Act, 1930, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the rights-of-way and streets on railway land described in the Schedule hereto to be streets.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 2 acres 1 rood 3·58 perches.

Portion of Railway Reserve (part Section 1, D.P. 23599), Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland. (S.O. 26801, blue.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 1930, deposited in the office of the Government Railways Board at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of October, 1932.

Land taken for Street Purposes at Laura Avenue, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken:—

0 0 0·78 Lot 1, D.P. 4791, being part Section 11, Ohiro District.

Situated in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 2660.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84684, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of October, 1932.
