IN LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of THE EMPIRE ART COMPANY, LIMITED (in Liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given that the above-named company by an entry in the minute-book of the company, duly signed by three-fourths in number and value of the shareholders, and made on the 12th day of August, 1932, passed the following resolution:—

Resolved, “That The Empire Art Company, Limited, be would up voluntarily, and that ALFRED GOTT, of Sydney, in the State of New South Wales, Australia, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up”; and went into voluntary liquidation accordingly.

All persons, firms, or companies having claims against the above company are required to send their names, addresses, and detailed particulars of their claims to the Liquidator, addressed care of the undersigned, on or before the 31st day of October, 1932.
