meeting of the above-named company will be held in
the registered office of the company, 29 Stafford Street,
Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 26th day of October, 1932,
at 4 p.m.

Laying the final account of the Liquidator before the
meeting in terms of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908.
Authority to sell by the Liquidator of 80 fractional shares
in the Nokomai Sluicing Co., Ltd., held by the Liquidator as
trustee for certain of the old shareholders, and giving
authority to the Liquidator to divide the proceeds, pro rata,
