And whereas the correct description is Section 8, Block II, Ngatapa Survey District, and it is desirable that the error be rectified:

Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Forests Amendment Act, 1925, do hereby amend the amending Proclamation by substituting for the description of the area of 628 acres set out in the Schedule thereto, the following description—namely, Section 8, Block II, Ngatapa Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of October, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 rood 30 perches.

Being portion of Section 75; coloured red.


SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 26 perches.

Passing through Section 75; coloured green.

All situated in Block VII, Leaning Rock Survey District.

All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2068, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2594, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of October, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of New Plymouth described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 2-8 perches.

Being Crown land, Fitzroy District.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1519/3 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2587, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of October, 1932.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 roods 7-6 perches.

Adjoining Sections 1486 and 1265.

Situated in Block IV, Mahinapua Survey District.

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2069, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2596, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of October, 1932.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid out through Rangaua No. 14 Block, Block I, Kawakawa Survey District, North Auckland Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the twenty-third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, duly laid out as a road-line in pursuance of section four hundred and eighty-three of the Native Land Act, 1931:

And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the Native Land Act, 1931:

And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931:

And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road:

Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 24-3 perches.

Being portion of Rangaua No. 14 Block.

Situated in Block I, Kawakawa Survey District (Plan 12755, red).

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2048, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2595, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of October, 1932.
