Amending an Amending Proclamation setting apart Land as a
Provisional State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the eighteenth day
of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-
one, and published in the Gazette of the twentieth day of that
month (hereinafter referred to as “the said Proclamation”),
certain lands in Blocks I and II, Ngatapa Survey District,
Gisborne Land District, were set apart as a provisional State
forest in terms of section thirty-four of the War Legislation
and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918 :

And whereas by a Proclamation dated the sixth day of
February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and
published in the Gazette of the ninth day of that month (herein-
after referred to as “the amending Proclamation”), the said
Proclamation was amended by substituting the Schedule to the
said amending Proclamation for the Schedule to the said
Proclamation :

And whereas an error was made in the Schedule to the
amending Proclamation by describing the area of 628 acres
shown therein as Section 5, Block II, Ngatapa Survey District :
