IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of THE WHANGAREI LIMESTONE COMPANY, LIMITED.
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, 39 Johnston Street, Wellington, on Thursday, the 1st day of September, 1932, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed, and confirmed as a special resolution at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the company duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, 39 Johnston Street, Wellington, on Thursday, the 22nd day of September, 1932:
"That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that GEOFFRY BENSON HULL, of Wellington, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up."

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at 80 St. Andrew Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 18th day of October, 1932, at 7.15 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and of determining, by extraordinary resolution, the disposal of the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidators thereof.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership Business of Sheep-farmers carried on by us at Tikokino, Hawke's Bay, under the style or firm of "H. N. Stewart," has been dissolved as from this date by mutual consent.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at the offices of Messieurs Humphries & Humphries, Solicitors, in Shakespeare Road, Napier, on the 9th day of September, 1932, the following resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 27th day of September, 1932, the same resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution, viz.:
"That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that JOHN McLENNAN, of Napier, Public Accountant, and PETER ASHCROFT, of the same place, Company Director, be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up."
