Declaring Portions of Roads in Block XV, Tauakira Survey District, and Block III, Waipakura Survey District, to be Government Roads.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of September, 1932.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.

Order in Council consenting to the Raising of a Loan of £110,000 by the Auckland Transport Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of September, 1932.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Auckland Transport Board (hereinafter called “the said local authority”) is desirous of raising the sum of one hundred and ten thousand pounds by a loan to be known as “Conversion Loan No. 1, 1932,” for the purpose of the conversion before maturity date of a portion of the Transport Development Loan, 1929, of five hundred and twenty-six thousand six hundred pounds:
And whereas the said local authority has complied with the provisions of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), and it is expedient that the consent of the Governor-General in Council under the said Act and under section thirty-two of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, should be given to the raising of the said loan on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by the said Act and by the said section thirty-two of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby consent to the raising by the said local authority of the said loan up to the amount of one hundred and ten thousand pounds, for a period not exceeding eighteen years from the date of conversion or the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, whichever is the earlier date, upon terms of making the said loan together with interest thereon repayable by aggregate half-yearly instalments of principal and interest of three thousand five hundred and seventy-five pounds, during the first ten years of the currency of the loan, and thereafter by aggregate half-yearly instalments of principal and interest of eight thousand one hundred and three pounds three shillings and one penny.

Withdrawing Land from the Operation of the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of September, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section one hundred and sixty-two of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Order in Council on the recommendation of the Land Board, declare that any land comprised in a kauri-gum reserve shall, from a date to be specified in the Order, cease to be subject to the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908, and on and after the date so specified the land to which the Order relates shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924:
And whereas the Land Board of the North Auckland Land District has duly passed a resolution recommending that portion of the Marsden Kauri-gum Reserve, as described in the Schedule hereto, be excepted from the operations of the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section one hundred and sixty-two of the Land Act, 1924, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that portion of the Marsden Kauri-gum Reserve, as described in the Schedule hereto, from the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, cease to be subject to the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE.
All those areas in the North Auckland Land District, situate in Blocks III and VII, Ruakaka Survey District, Whangarei County, containing together 758 acres, more or less, being the remaining portions of the Marsden Kauri-gum Reserve as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1899, No. 79, page 1898. As the same are more particularly delineated on a plan marked I. and S. 15/1838, and deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland plan 17417 and block-sheets.)
