Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Blocks V and VIII, Aongatete Survey District, Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 8 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 202, Apata Parish, Block V, Aongatete Survey District; coloured red. (S.O. Plan 20964.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Tangitu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 3 roods 21-4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Section 8.
Situated in Block X, Tangitu Survey District.
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. XI/3/221, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2538, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1932.

Notice withdrawing Land from a Mining District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section eight (c) of the Mining Act, 1926, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, as from the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, withdraw from the Otago Mining District that area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land known as Downs Settlement, being part of Blackstone Survey District, Otago Land District, comprising all the land described in the notification published at page 1401 of the Gazette of the 2nd June, 1932, “Notifying Land in the Otago Land District subject to the Land for Settlements Act, 1925”; the Warrant published at page 1399 of the Gazette of the 2nd June, 1932, “Declaring Lands in the Otago Land District to be subject to the Land for Settlements Act, 1925”; and the Warrant published at page 1714 of the Gazette of the 21st July, 1932, “Declaring Road-lines adjoining and intersecting Land in Downs Settlement, Otago Land District, to be closed, and the Land comprised therein to be subject to the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.” As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked Mines, N. 6/4/18, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Mines, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of September, 1932.
