A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Lower Wanaka Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the North Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the thirtieth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the Gazette of the fifth day of May then instant, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.

Whangarei County.—Mangakahia Survey District.—Tokiri Settlement.

SECTION 1s and pt. Section 2s (now known as Section 1s), Tokiri Settlement : Area, 105 acres 0 roods 16 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion this 22nd day of September, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in Tangihua Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 roods 15-3 perches. Adjoining Sections 1, 4, and 5.

Situated in Block IV, Tangihua Survey District. (S.O. plan 26905.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/4/53, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2589, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of September, 1932.
