NOTICE is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of subsection (2) of section 18 of the Surveyors Registration Act, 1928, that the following persons have been registered as surveyors under the said Act.

Notice respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries.--Borough of Waipawa.
Department of Internal Affairs,
Wellington, 15th September, 1932.
IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1930, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be excluded from the Borough of Waipawa and included in the County of Waipawa.
All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed alteration of boundaries which they desire to lodge within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.
SCHEDULE.
AREA PROPOSED TO BE EXCLUDED FROM BOROUGH OF WAIPAWA AND INCLUDED IN COUNTY OF WAIPAWA.
ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the southernmost corner of part Block 45, Patangata Crown Grant District, containing 21 acres 2 roods 24 perches; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of Blocks 45 and 57, Patangata Crown Grant District, to the Waipawa-Patangata Road; thence across that road and westerly along its northern side to the south-western boundary of part Block 37, Patangata Crown Grant District; thence north-westerly along that boundary to a point approximately 200 links distant from the Great North Road; thence northerly along a line parallel to and distant 200 links from the Great North Road to the northern boundary of the Borough of Waipawa; thence easterly along that boundary to the eastern boundary of part Block 58, Patangata Crown Grant District; thence south-westerly along the eastern boundary of that block to the Waipawa-Patangata Road; thence across that road and along the eastern boundary of Block 57, and the eastern and southern boundaries of part Block 45, Patangata Crown Grant District, to the southernmost corner of the said part Block 45, the place of commencement.

Boundaries of Borough of Rotorua redefined.

Wellington; 8th September, 1932.
PURSUANT to the provisions of section 5 of the Rotorua Borough Empowering Act, 1931, the boundaries of the Borough of Rotorua, as altered by that Act, are hereby defined as set out in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF BOROUGH OF ROTORUA.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the mouth of the Otuhina Stream; thence along the shore of Lake Rotorua to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Tahererauti No. 2 Block, Ohinemutu Pa; thence north-easterly along the production of that boundary for a distance of 71.44 links, bearing 46° 1' 40"; thence south-easterly for a distance 2599.54 links, bearing 115° 49' 30" to a point on the present water-line of the lake; thence southerly for a distance of 215 links, bearing 180° 1' 42" to the original lake-shore at the boundary of the Municipal Reserve; thence along the shore of the lake to the mouth of the Puarenga Stream; thence by the said Puarenga Stream to and across the Rotorua-Maketu Road; thence westward
by the southern side of the said road to its intersection with Alum Creek; thence towards the east generally by Alum Creek and Section 26A; thence by part Section 5 (as described in Schedule to a Proclamation setting apart certain land for State forest purposes, dated 15th February, 1911, and published in New Zealand Gazette of 23rd February, 1911, on page 701) across a public road; thence northwards along the western side of that road to the northern boundary of Suburban Section 80; thence towards the south and east by the said land to Sala Street; thence by the northern side of that street across the aforementioned public road; thence towards the east generally by Section 5A to the Puarenga Stream; thence by the said Puarenga Stream and Section 6 (State Forest Reserve) to the northern boundary of Moerangi No. 4 Block; thence towards the south generally by Crown land (the said Moerangi No. 4 Block) to the Rotorua-Taupo Road; thence across that road and by Tihiotonga Block to the westernmost corner of Section 54, Suburbs of Rotorua; thence towards the west generally by the western boundary-lines of Sections 54, 53, and 52, Suburbs of Rotorua, to the Utuhina Stream; thence by the said Utuhina Stream to the point of commencement.

Prohibition of Issue of Money-orders and Transmission of Postal Correspondence in New Zealand for N. Cantwell, Sydney.
THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, having reasonable ground for supposing that the person whose name and address are shown in the Schedule hereunder is engaged in promoting or carrying out a lottery or scheme of chance, it is hereby ordered, under section 32 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, that no money-order in favour of the said person shall be issued, and that no postal packet addressed to the said person (either by his own or any fictitious or assumed name), or addressed to the address in the Schedule hereunder without a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.
