A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
3 1 0 Part Allotment 2, Parish of Mangonui East; coloured red.
0 2 11 Part Allotment 2, Parish of Mangonui East; coloured red.
0 3 32 Land below mean high-water mark (Frear’s Creek); coloured yellow.
Situated in Block V, Mangonui Survey District. (S.O. 26869.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 8422, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of September, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Opotiki Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 20 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotment 262, Waioeka Parish. (Lot 1, D.P. 3248.)
Situated in Block IV, Opotiki Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1421, brown.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83972, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of September, 1932.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Settlement Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the eighteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of January, then instant, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.—PIAKO COUNTY.—TE MIRO SETTLEMENT.
Lot 1 of Section 29s: Area, 10 acres 0 roods 32 perches.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of September, 1932.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a forest reserve (climatic) over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
