Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block XI, Kerikeri Survey District, Bay of Islands County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Kerikeri Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84480, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of August, 1932.

Land taken for Street Purposes, and in connection therewith, at Northland, in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes, that the land mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street purposes, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken for street purposes: 3 acres 2 roods 0·7 perches.
Being portion of Section 30, Karori District; coloured red on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken in connection with street purposes:—

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
