A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Russell Survey District
described in the Schedule hereto.

as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of August, 1932.

section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Maketu Survey
District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
l rood 32·6 perches.
Being portion of Maungarangi B No. 1J Block.
Situated in Block VII, Maketu Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 24390.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84385,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of
September, 1932.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
4 acres l rood 2 perches.
Being Lot 4 on D.P. 23855, being part Section l (E.R.).
Land proclaimed as a Street in the Borough of Masterton.

do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of
Masterton described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
street : 5·17 perches.
Being portion of Lot 49, D.P. 38, and being part Section 57
(Masterton Small Farm Settlement).
Situated in Block I, Otahoua Survey District (Borough
of Masterton). (S.O. 2786.)
In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84466,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of
September, 1932.
