A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of Whangarei described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in the Town of Kingston described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 acres 0 roods 30 perches.
Adjoining Kent Street.
Situated in the Town of Kingston (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R 644.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84467, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Right-of-way in Wart Hill Survey District, Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of Pastoral Run Number 611, situated in the Wart Hill Survey District, and held under license dated the twenty-first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six :
And whereas it is desired that the said parcel of land should be taken for the purposes of a right-of-way under subsection two of section two hundred and fifty-seven of the Land Act, 1924 :
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by subsection two of section two hundred and fifty-seven of the Land Act, 1924, hereinbefore referred to, do hereby take the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a right-of-way to give access to other Crown land and particularly to Pastoral Run No. 610, such right-of-way to be available for the use of the licensee for the time being of the aforesaid Pastoral Run No. 610, his servants, agents, workmen, or visitors, subject to the due observance of such terms and conditions as may from time to time be prescribed under the hand of the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Otago Land District.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 26 acres 2 roods 12 perches.
Portion of Run 611.
Situated in Wart Hill Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 8/9/105, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2582, and thereon coloured violet.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of August, 1932.

Notice altering the Boundaries of the Otago Mining District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section eight of the Mining Act, 1926, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, as from the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, alter the boundaries of the Otago Mining District by including therein all that area of land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land containing by admeasurement 553 acres, more or less, being Lot 11, Balruddery Estate, Kauroo Settlement, Blocks III and IV, Kauroo Survey District, Otago Land District, together with that portion of the public road on the general eastern boundary of such lot, and the Kakanui River on the general eastern boundary of such portion of road ad medium filum aquae, all as delineated on the plan marked “Mines, N. 6/4/18,” deposited in the Head Office, Department of Mines, at Wellington, the said area being shown by a red border on such plan.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of August, 1932.
