NOTICE THAT LAND IS VESTED IN THE PUBLIC TRUSTEE, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF PART II OF THE PUBLIC TRUST OFFICE ACT, 1908.
WHEREAS, by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 4th February, 1932, and in the Gisborne Times on the 17th February, 1932, 24th February, 1932, and 2nd March, 1932, the Public Trustee did call upon the owner of all that parcel of land, containing 1 acre 2 roods 8 perches, more or less, being Okirau F 4 Block, which said land is the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 84, folio 167 (Gisborne Registry), of which ALLAN McLEAN, of Te Arai, Sheep-farmer, is the registered proprietor, within six months from the date of the said notice in the New Zealand Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land, and stated in such notice that if the said owner did not do so the Public Trustee would exercise with regard to the said land all the powers and authorities granted to the Public Trustee in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, Part II, and its amendments : And whereas the owner of the said land has not established his title thereto : And whereas the value of the said land is less than £500 : Now the Public Trustee hereby gives notice pursuant to the provisions of section 67 (d) of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, as amended by the provisions of section 38 of the Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1921-22, that the said land is vested in the Public Trustee and will be administered under the provisions of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.

WAIRARAPA ELECTRIC-POWER BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, and all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Wairarapa Electric-power Board hereby resolves as follows :-
That for the purpose of providing for the payment of the interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £17,450, authorized to be raised by the Wairarapa Electric-power Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of redeeming the outstanding liability over and above the amount of the accrued sinking fund in respect of a special loan of £20,000, borrowed by the said Board for the purpose of constructing hydro-electric works within the Board’s district, the said Wairarapa Electric-power Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-twentieth (1/20th) of a penny in the pound sterling upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Wairarapa Electric-power District as defined in the First Schedule to the Proclamation proclaiming the said district, appearing in the New Zealand Gazette of the 25th day of March, 1920, and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the said loan, and be payable yearly on the first (lst) day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten years or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above resolution making a special rate was duly passed at a meeting of the Wairarapa Electric-power Board on Tuesday, the 9th day of August, 1932.

BOROUGH OF OTAHUHU.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
The Relief of Unemployment (Tamaki Drainage) Loan, 1932,
£2,500.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Otahuhu Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :-
That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £2,500 authorized to be raised by the Otahuhu Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of the relief of unemployment, the said Otahuhu Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-ninth of a penny in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Otahuhu, and that such rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-five years or until the loan is fully paid off.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of WILLIAMSON FILMS (N.Z.), LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1908, and having its registered office in the City of Wellington (being in voluntary liquidation).
PURSUANT to an Order of Court dated the 19th day of August, 1932, the creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 20th day of September, 1932, to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims (exclusive of those debts or claims of which the Liquidator already has notice) to STEPHEN MAUNDRELL HOBBS, of the City of Wellington, Public Accountant, the Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the office of the said Stephen Maundrell Hobbs, at 153 Featherston Street, Wellington, at such time as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debt or claim is proved. The Liquidator will hear and adjudicate upon the said debts or claims at the said office at 2·15 o'clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, the 27th day of September, 1932.
