Regulations for the New Zealand Military Forces amended.-- Amendments No. 32.
BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority conferred on me by the Defence Act, 1909, and its amendments, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General, do hereby amend, in the manner and to the extent set forth in the Schedule hereto, the regulations for the New Zealand Military Forces published in the Gazette dated the twenty-fifth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and I do hereby declare that the amendments hereby made shall take effect as from date of publication in the Gazette.
SCHEDULE.
REGULATIONS FOR THE N.Z. MILITARY FORCES, 1927.

PARA. 732, line 6: Delete "and fifty-trip".

Para. 742, lines 12 and 13, and again in line 15: Delete "twelve- or fifty-trip", and substitute "twelve-trip".

Para. 743, in the heading and in line 1: Delete "and fifty-trip".

In the Pro forma following para. 744, delete all references to fifty-trip tickets.

Para. 745, last line: Delete "and fifty".

Postmasters appointed to take and receive Statutory Declarations.
PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, at the places set opposite their names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by section three hundred and one of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that Arthur Reginald Coad, being a person holding the office of District Public Trustee at Wellington, is authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
