These sections are situated in the Town of Paekakariki Extension No. 5, abutting on part of the northern boundary of the Town of Paekakariki. Access by formed road about one mile from Paekakariki Railway-station, which is twenty-seven miles by rail from Wellington, or sixty miles from Palmerston North. The sections comprise low sandhills covered with lupin, flax, and rough grass. The sections are admirably situated, and have been subdivided with a view to providing residential areas at this popular seaside resort.

Note re lands in the Second Schedule.—The deposit on deferred payments will, in each case, be 10 per cent. of the purchase-price.
