Amending Apportionment of Representation on North Auckland Electric-power Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of August, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke, as from the date hereinafter mentioned, the Order in Council dated the seventeenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the thirtieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, fixing the apportionment of representation on the Hobson Electric-power Board (now the North Auckland Electric-power Board—see Proclamation dated the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the tenth day of the same month), and doth hereby add the Hikurangi Town District to the constituent districts of the North Auckland Electric-power District; and doth hereby make the following provision for the election of representatives of the said constituent districts:—
(1) The first election of the representative of the constituent district of Hokianga Town District shall be held on the day appointed for the next general election of members of the Hikurangi Town Board.
(2) The number of representatives of each constituent district on the said Electric-power Board shall be the number specified in the Second Column hereto opposite the name of that constituent district.

Cancelling the Reservation over certain Reserves in Nelson and Marlborough Land Districts.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of August, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation over the lands described in the Schedule hereto for the public purposes set out at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands, and doth hereby declare that the said lands, being vested in the Crown, are Crown lands available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing 20,000 acres, more or less, being Section 4, Square 34, Blocks XV and XVI, Gordon Survey District, and Blocks III, IV, VII, VIII, and XI, Motupiko Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 8/5/15, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (For the use of an accommodation-house.)
Also all that area in the Nelson Land District, containing 4,400 acres, more or less, being Section 7, Square 34, Blocks XVI, Gordon Survey District, XI, Rintoul Survey District, and IV and VIII, Motupiko Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 8/5/15, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue. (For an accommodation-reserve.)
Also all that area in the Nelson Land District, containing 550 acres, more or less, being Section 6, Square 34, Block XV, Motupiko Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 8/5/15, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered burnt sienna. (For a resting-place for the accommodation of travellers and stock.)
Also all that area in the Nelson Land District, containing 690 acres, more or less, being Section 3, Square 34, Block XV, Motupiko Survey District, and being part of an area known as Reserve D. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 8/5/15, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green. (For a resting-place for the accommodation of travellers and stock.)
Also all that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing 5,700 acres, more or less, being part of the land known as the Red Hills Run, situated in Blocks II, III, and IV, Raglan Survey District, and Block XV, Patriarch Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 8/5/15A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (For a resting-place for the accommodation of travellers and stock, and for a run for accommodation-houses to be kept for the convenience of travellers and stock.)

Cancelling the Reservation over Part of a Reserve in Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of August, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for the protection of river-banks over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being portion of 172 Omaka, situated in Block IX, Cloudy Bay Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the east by Section 169 Omaka, 650 links; towards the south by a public road, 1412·2 links; towards the west by the Nelson–Blenheim Main Road, 870 links; and towards the north by the original bank of the Opawa River. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/3200G, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
