Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Pahautanui Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day of August, 1932.

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Frederick Bradey,
Harold Richard Tregurtha,
Eric Michael Harris Joseph Lynch,
Wilfred Mexted, and
Charles Stuart

to be the Pahautanui Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Pahautanui Hall, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
PAHAUTANUI DOMAIN.

All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 191 acres 3 roods 26·3 perches, more or less, being part Section 116, Block IX, Paekakariki Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by Sections 90 and 68; towards the east generally by Sections 68 aforesaid, 67, 65, 64, and 63; towards the south generally by Sections 7 and 116 and a public road to a point distant *107792·8 links north and 55852·4 links east of Trig. Station Mount Cook (the said north, east, and south boundaries, with the exception of the aforesaid Section 116, being the old high-water line prior to the year 1855); and thence towards the north-west by a right line bearing north 8° 16' east, for a distance of 3367·4 links, to Section 90 aforesaid: excluding from out of the above-described area the Pahautanui—Plimmerton Road. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 43/30, deposited in the Wellington District Office, Department of Lands and Survey, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Tapu Flat Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day of August, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-eight of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

The Thames County Council

to be the Tapu Flat Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Council Chambers, Thames, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
TAPU FLAT DOMAIN.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement a total of 5 acres 2 roods 39 perches, more or less, being Section 64, Block XI, Hastings Survey District, formerly Waipatukahu No. 1a 2a 1, No. 1a 2b, and No. 1a 1, described as follows:—

All that area, containing 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, bounded towards the north-west by the Waipatukahu Creek; towards the south-east by a public road, 334·2 links; and towards the south-west by part Waipatukahu Block, 387·7 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Also all that area, containing 5 acres 0 roods 19 perches, more or less, bounded towards the north-east by part Waipatukahu Block, 441 links; towards the south-east by the Thames—Coromandel main road, 937·1 links; towards the south-west by the Waipatukahu No. 1a 2a 2 Block, 484·9 links; towards the north-west generally by the Waipatukahu Creek, 102, 120, and 161 links respectively; and south-west by Tapu, 102, 120, and 161 links respectively; again towards the south-east generally, and again north-west generally by the Waipatukahu Creek: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/900a, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland plan S.O. 26664.)

Clark’s Dam Road and the Southern Side of Lime Street, in the County of Waitaki, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this 8th day of August, 1932.

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waitaki County Council on the twenty-second day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, viz.:—

“The Waitaki County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Waitaki County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the southern side of Lime Street, Township of Reidston, abutting on part Section 1 of 19, Block VII, Oamaru Survey District, or to either side of Clark’s Dam Road intersecting part of Section 2 of 19, Block VII, Oamaru Survey District, from the Main North Road to the road abutting on Clark’s Dam ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting either side of Clark’s Dam Road or the southern side of Lime Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said road and portion of road.

SCHEDULE.

All that road in the Otago Land District, County of Waitaki, known as Clark’s Dam Road, fronting parts Section 2 of 19, and closed road, Block VII, Oamaru Survey District, shown on plan marked P.W.D. 83782.

Also the southern side of all that portion of road situated in the Township of Reidston in the said Land District and county known as Lime Street, fronting parts Section 1 of 19, Block VII, Oamaru Survey District, shown on plan marked P.W.D. 83781.

As the said road and portion of road are more particularly delineated on the above-mentioned plans, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
