- Every application under section 34 of the said Act by the licensee for the amendment or revocation of any of the terms or conditions of a passenger-service license shall be in Form L set out in the Schedule hereto or to the effect thereof.

NOTE.—A bank receipt must accompany this application showing that a fee of 10s. has been paid into the Public Account to the credit of the Consolidated Fund at the nearest branch of the Bank of New Zealand.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Block XIII, Wataroa Survey District, Westland Land District.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day of August, 1932.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for gravel purposes: And whereas it is expedient that the reservation over such land shall be changed to a resting-place for travelling stock :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for gravel purposes to a reserve for a resting-place for travelling stock.

WHEREAS by section thirty of the Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Order in Council, on petition in that behalf signed by a majority of the persons qualified to be enrolled on the ratepayers list of any proposed district, constitute and declare any area of land of not less than one thousand acres a rabbit district under and for the purposes of Part II of the said Act :
And whereas, in pursuance of the provisions of the said section thirty of the said Act, a petition has been received praying that the area of land described in the Schedule hereto be constituted and declared a rabbit district under and for the purposes of Part II of the said Act, and it is deemed expedient to give effect to the prayer of the petitioners accordingly :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby constitute by the specific name of the “West Waikato Rabbit District,” and declare that area of land defined in the Schedule hereto to be a rabbit district under and for the purposes of Part II of the said Act, and doth hereby further declare that the basis on which the Board to be established for the said district shall first levy its general rate shall be on the basis of the acreage of the rateable property in the said district.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, in the Waipa County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block IX, Cambridge Survey District, where the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 19, Pukekura Parish, meets the Waikato River; thence in a southerly direction generally along the south-eastern boundary of Allotments 19 and 18, Pukekura Parish, to the Cambridge-Te Awamutu Main Highway; thence along that main highway to the north-eastern corner of part Allotment 225, Pukekura Parish, as shown on plan No. 17300, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence in a westerly direction generally along the north-eastern boundary of part Allotment 225 aforesaid, the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments 307, 306, and 305, the north-eastern boundaries of Allotments 305, 304, 292, 286, and 217, all of Puniu Parish, the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments 181, 180, 179, 178, 177, 176, 175, 174, 173, 172, 171, 170, 169, 168, 167, 166, and 165, the north-eastern boundaries of Allotments 165, 193, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199, 200, 201, 203, 260, 261, 262, 263, and 264, all of Ngaroto Parish, to the Great South Road; thence along the Great South Road and the Ohaupo-Ngahinepouri Road to the Main Trunk Railway; thence in a north-westerly direction along the Main Trunk Railway to its intersection by a public road at the southern end of Rukuhia Railway-station; thence in a north-easterly direction generally along the northern side of that road, the Great South Road, and the Narrows Road to the Narrows Bridge across the Waikato River; thence in a south-easterly direction generally up the Waikato River to the point of commencement.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-eight of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
The Stewart Island Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the twenty-fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Council Chambers, Half-moon Bay, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

HALF-MOON BAY DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being Lot 1, Block III, D.P. 2930, part Section 107, Block I, Paterson District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 140, folio 27, Invercargill Registry.
