Crown Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
Part of State Forest No. 131, Riverhead Plantation.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement, 76 acres 0 roods 30 perches, more or less, being Allotment 35, Pukeatua Parish, and situated in Block XIII, Waiwera Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 17/31, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 23385.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of August, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area passing through the domain described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said domain.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 15, Block III, Waitara Survey District: Area, 1 acre 2 roods 4 perches, more or less.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—URENUI DOMAIN.
SECTION 12, Block III, Waitara Survey District: Area, 57 acres, more or less.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of August, 1932.

Land set apart as an Addition to a Public Domain.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land adjacent to the Kaitaia Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said Kaitaia Domain.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mangonui County, situate in Block V, Takahue Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 32 perches, more or less, being Allotment 84, Ahipara Parish. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/475B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland Plan 21659.)
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement a total of 32 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 69, Ahipara Parish, situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District, more particularly described as follows:—
All that area bounded towards the north-west by Allotment 71, Ahipara Parish, 1306·3 links; towards the north-east generally by a public road, 904·6, 283·2, 232·1, 567·9, 415·4, 290·6, and 103·2 links; and towards the south-east and south-west by Allotment 60, Ahipara Parish, 1477 and 2116·2 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
Also all that area bounded towards the north-west by part O.L.C. 7, 158·4 links; towards the north-east and south-east by Allotment 84, Ahipara Parish, 226·5 and 79·9 links respectively; and towards the south-west by a public road, 179·55 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
Also all that area bounded towards the north-west and north-east by Allotment 84, Ahipara Parish, 141·3 and 730·7 links respectively; and towards the south and west generally by a public road, 271·1, 491·5, and 183·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/475C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North Auckland Plans S.O. 19395 and 21659.)

Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WHAREPAPA SURVEY DISTRICT.
SECTION 3, Block XIV: Area, 350 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of July, 1932.
