Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of August, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Wellington – New Plymouth Railway, Wellington – Tawa Flat Deviation.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 0 roods 39·4 perches.
Being portion of Section 46, Porirua R.D.
Situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 2773).
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84002 (sheet 1), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of August, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mapara Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 31·3 perches.
Being portion of Section 7.
Situated in Block III, Mapara Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83751, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured neutral.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of August, 1932.
