A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of August, 1932.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Street in the City of Wellington.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 21, of the fourteenth day of the same month, taking land for the purposes of a street in the City of Wellington as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was taken.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected: 9·18 perches.

Being part Lot 8, D.P. 900, being part Section 755 (Town of Wellington R.D.), (City of Wellington.) (S.O. 2780.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84358, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of August, 1932.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for a Portion of the Wellington – New Plymouth Railway (Wellington – Tawa Flat Deviation), and for Road-diversions in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the thirteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 46, of the twentieth day of the same month, taking land for a portion of the Wellington – New Plymouth Railway (Wellington – Tawa Flat Deviation) and for road-diversions in connection therewith, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

Situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District (Porirua R.D.). (S.O. 2787.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84339, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of August, 1932.
