Altering a Proclamation amending Part of a Proclamation taking Land for a Road, and closing Road, in Block VII, Opaheke Survey District, Hunua Road District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf; I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the Proclamation dated the thirtieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 27, of the sixth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, amending part of a Proclamation taking land for a road and closing road in Block VII, Opaheke Survey District, Hunua Road District, by inserting therein the following Schedule in lieu of the Schedule mentioned therein, which is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
1 1 1·6 Allotment 9 ; coloured purple.
0 0 0·4 Allotment 10c ; coloured red.
0 2 1·8 Allotment 10 ; coloured red
0 0 0·2 Allotment 10 ; coloured red.
1 0 0·0 Allotment 10 ; coloured red.
Situated in Block VII, Opaheke Survey District (Parish of Otai), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 15509.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 27516, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of August, 1932.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Christchurch Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
5 1 6 Reserve 1548 ; coloured red.
1 1 5 Rural Section 33406 ; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 acres 0 roods 25 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Reserves 1547 and 1548, and Rural Section 33406 ; coloured green.
All situated in Block I, Christchurch Survey District. (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 965/177.)
All in the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84213, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of August, 1932.
