a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council, situate at Kawakawa, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers.

APPROXIMATE area of parcel of land required to be taken: 3 acres 2 roods 32 perches.

Being portions of Section No. 186, Parish of Kawakawa; coloured blue.

Situated in the Kawakawa Survey District.

Being in the Bay of Islands County and the Land District of North Auckland.

AOTEA LIMITED.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of AOTEA LIMITED, a private company registered at Wellington.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by resolution dated 14th July, 1932, and confirmed on 2nd August, 1932, it was resolved that the above-named company go into voluntary liquidation, and that VINCENT NOBLE BEASLEY, Public Accountant, Room 603, Commercial Travellers’ Buildings, Wellington, be appointed Liquidator.

All persons or firms having claims against the said company are hereby required to send full particulars thereof to the Liquidator on or before the 8th August, 1932, otherwise they may be excluded from participation in any distribution of the assets.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership carried on under the style of “THE FRANKLIN PINE MILL” by JOHN THOMPSON GILLIBRAND, NATHAN HENRY WYNYARD, VIVIAN HARPER, HAMILTON WAY, and JACK POZZI, as Sawmillers, at Drury, in the Provincial District of Auckland, has been dissolved as from the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and that the business will be carried on at the former address by all the partners with the exception of JACK POZZI, who is retiring from the Partnership. The remaining partners will be entitled to get in all assets, and will discharge all liabilities.
