NOTICE is hereby given that WILLIAM WOODS, of Christchurch, Farmer, was this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors to be helden at my office, Government Departmental Buildings, Worcester Street, Christchurch, on Monday, the 8th day of August, 1932, at 10.30 o’clock a.m.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE of the loss of Certificate of Title, Vol. 82, folio 296 (Auckland Registry), for Lot 139 and part of Lot 140, Section 1, D.P. 171, being part of Allotments 19, 20, and 21 of Section 5 of the Suburbs of Auckland, of which HENRY WILLIAM PUTT, of Auckland, Drainer, is the registered proprietor, and evidence of the loss of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 147140 of the said land from the said Henry William Putt, as mortgagor, to ANNETTE D’ARCY HAMILTON, wife of Thomas D’Arcy Hamilton, of Auckland, Schoolteacher, as mortgagee, having been lodged with me, together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title and a provisional memorandum of mortgage, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and provisional memorandum of mortgage accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 4th August, 1932.
