A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of street in the Borough of Greymouth described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of street closed:—
A. R. P. Adjoining
2 2 21·4 Part Section 467 and Reserve 87.
2 3 17·8 Allotment 193, Block 35, Greymouth Native Reserve.
1 1 14·0 Tainui Street, Alexander Street, and two unnamed streets.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Waitemata Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 29·4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lots 16, 17, and 18, D.P. 2093, being part Allotment 210, Parish of Takapuna.
Situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 26607.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84270, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1931, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the said Act:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.

Amending the Police Offences (Wrestling Contest) Regulations, 1931.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of August, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to the powers conferred by section seventy-two of the Police Offences Act, 1927, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulations for the purposes of the said Act.
REGULATIONS.
- THE clause numbered 9 of the Police Offences (Wrestling Contest) Regulations, 1931, is hereby amended by revoking the paragraph marked (a) thereof, and substituting the following:—
“(a) That the contest shall be conducted in a ring not less than 18 ft. square, but of such larger size up to 24 ft. square as in the opinion of the Inspector can be reasonably provided.”
- The said clause numbered 9 is hereby further amended by adding thereto the following words:—
“Provided that, when a wrestling contest other than one between professional wrestlers is held on good turf outside any building, the Inspector may in granting a permit, or subsequently, dispense with compliance with the requirements of any one or more of the foregoing paragraphs (a) to (e), both inclusive, of this clause.”

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street in the City of Christchurch of a Width of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of August, 1932.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Christchurch City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width of less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 1 and 3 (D.P. 10002), Lot 1 (D.P. 5978), or on that portion of Lot 3 (D.P. 813) fronting the southern side of the said street within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.
