RESOLUTIONS MAKING AND LEVYING SPECIAL RATES.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Stratford County Council hereby resolves as follows :—

That for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Stratford County Council North Riding Redemption Loan of £1,540, 1932, authorized to be raised by the Stratford County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of redeeming the Stratford County Council North Riding Loan of £1,900, 1922, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of seventeen-one-hundred-and-twenty-eighths (17/128ths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the portion of the North Riding of the County of Stratford lying east of the Mountain Road, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable annually on the 1st day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of five years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

In pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Stratford County Council hereby resolves as follows :—

That for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Stratford County Council South Riding Redemption Loan of £2,685, 1932, authorized to be raised by the Stratford County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of redeeming the Stratford County Council South Riding Loan of £3,500, 1922, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of eleven-sixty-fourths (11/64ths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the South Riding of the County of Stratford, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable annually on the 1st day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of five years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

In pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Stratford County Council hereby resolves as follows :—

That for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Stratford County Council East Riding Redemption Loan of £4,680, 1932, authorized to be raised by the Stratford County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purposes of redeeming the Stratford County Council East Riding Loan of £5,900, 1922, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of thirty-five-one-hundred-and-twenty-eighths (35/128ths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the East Riding of the County of Stratford, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable annually on the 1st day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of five years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

In pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Stratford County Council hereby resolves as follows :—

That for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Stratford County Council West Riding Redemption Loan of £3,000, 1932, authorized to be raised by the Stratford County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of redeeming the Stratford County Council West Riding Loan of £3,700, 1922, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of twenty-three-one-hundred-and-twenty-eighths (23/128ths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the West Riding of the County of Stratford, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable annually on the 1st day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of five years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
