IT is notified for public information that the notification published on page 16 of the New Zealand Gazette of 8th January, 1925, to the effect that copies made out of Great Britain of the works known as “Bentley's Complete Phrase Code” and “Scott's Code (the Shipowners’ Telegraphic Code)” are deemed to be prohibited imports within the meaning of the Customs Acts, is hereby revoked.

Declaration revoking the Dissolution of a Society.

I, JOHN CARADUS, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that the declaration made by me on the fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty one (1931), dissolving the Wharehuia Social Club, Incorporated, was made in error, and the said declaration is accordingly hereby revoked in pursuance of section 28, subsection (3), of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.
