Warrant appointing Conciliation Commissioner under the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, and its Amendments.

BLEDISLOE, Governor-General.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on me by subsection four (a) and subsection six of section forty of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1925, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand do hereby appoint

Samuel Ritchie

to be a Conciliation Commissioner under and for the purposes of Part II of the said Act, for a period of six months from the ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 13th day of July, 1932.

Lieut.-Colonel N. Annabell, M.C., v.d., Corps of N.Z. Engineers, relinquishes command of the Corps, and is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. 6. Dated 30th June, 1932.
