LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of Certificate of Title, Vol. 434 folio 160 (Auckland Registry), for Lot 19, D.P. 17288 being part of Allotment 113 of Section 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland, of which HARRY DE BERDT FLEMING, of Auckland, Retired Farmer, is the registered proprietor, and evidence of the loss of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 164744 of the said land from Llewellyn Thomas as mortgagor to Ernest Gibson of Auckland, Gentleman, and Christine Gibson, his wife, as mortgagees, having been lodged with me, together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title and a provisional memorandum of mortgage, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and provisional memorandum of mortgage accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 23rd June, 1932.
