ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 17th day of June, 1932.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for the preservation of scenery over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 340 acres 0 roods 2 perches, more or less, being Allotments 244, 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, and 250, Te Papa Parish, situated in Block VI, Otanewainuku Survey District: Bounded towards the north by Allotments 241 and 243, Te Papa Parish; towards the east generally by a public road; towards the south-west and south-east by Allotment 251, Te Papa Parish; and towards the west generally by a public road. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L and S. 4/619A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 17th day of June, 1932.

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Harold Andrew Wagstaff,
George Arthur Fisk,
Embret Johansen,
Alexander Hunger,
William John Nicholson,
Joseph Werder, and
Tom Hitchman
to be the Springdale Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Springdale Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

BY virtue of section three hundred and fifty-seven of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, the Governor-General, with the advice of the Executive Council, doth hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is taken for the purpose of the burial of the dead of the Roman Catholic Church.

ALL that parcel of land situate in the District of Arutanga in the Island of Aitutaki, Cook Islands, containing 1 acre 0 roods 25 perches, be the same a little more or less, being the land named Atiumuri Section No. 147, as the said parcel of land is delineated and edged red in the plan numbered 32 signed by the Resident Commissioner of Rarotonga, and deposited in the office of the Registrar of the High Court of the Cook Islands at Rarotonga.
