Land taken for the Purposes of a Police-station in Block XII,
Wairoa Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes of a police-station; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
fourth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 3 roods
6·2 perches.
Being Lots 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, and 147, D.P. 68, being
part Section 306, Okotuku R.D.
Situated in Block XII, Wairoa Survey District. (S.O. 2725.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82711,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under
the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of June, 1932.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron
Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Kaeo
Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 5 acres
1 rood 6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotment 30, Putakiwi Block,
parts Allotment N.E. 31, Allotments N.E.M. 31, S.E.M. 31,
M. 31, W. 31, Block VIII; Allotment N.E. 34, Blocks
VII and VIII; closed road, Block VII; and Orotere A
Block, Blocks VII and VIII.
Situated in Kaeo Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (Kaeo
Parish). (S.O. 25957.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83299,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the portion of public reserve described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a
road; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the fourth day of July, one thousand
nine hundred and thirty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart:
1 acre 1 rood 15 perches.
Being portion of Scenery Preservation Reserve No. 5, Block I,
Maruia Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 736r.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 83478, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

Bay Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

20 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Section 37, Wairau West.
Situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District.
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 84038,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of

Revoking the Reservation over Portion of a Scenic Reserve in
the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is portion of a reserve duly set apart for scenic
purposes:
And whereas the said land is no longer suitable for scenic
purposes by reason of the absence of bush of scenic value
thereon:
Now, therefore, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and
exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section eight of
the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, do hereby
revoke the reservation for scenic purposes over the land
described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 928 acres 3 roods 19 perches, more or less,
being part of Allotment 223, Pepepe Parish, situated in
Block III, Newstead Survey District: Bounded towards the
north-east by Allotment 1, Pepepe Parish, the abutment of
a public road, and again by Allotment 1 aforesaid, 2297·6 and
50·2 links; towards the south-east generally by other part
Allotment 223, Pepepe Parish; towards the south by Allot-
ment 214, Pepepe Parish; towards the south-west by the
Te Wha Stream; and towards the north-west generally by
Allotment 9, Pepepe Parish, the crossing of a public road,
