Order in Council varying the Rates of Interest in respect of Specified Loans of the Wellington City Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of June, 1932.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council made on the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the Gazette on the twenty-sixth day of the same month, at page 1332, consent was given to the raising by the Wellington City Council of the loans mentioned in the Third Column of the Schedule hereto up to the respective amounts stated in the Fourth Column of the said Schedule, for a term of seven years in each respective case, at rates of interest not exceeding the rates specified in the said Order in Council, and subject to the condition relating to the establishment of sinking funds therein set out :
And whereas the sums stated in the Fifth Column of the said Schedule have not yet been borrowed, and it is expedient to vary, as regards the borrowing of the said respective sums, the condition of the said Order in Council relating to the rate of interest at which the said loans may be borrowed :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section sixty-three of the Finance Act, 1932, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby vary the condition contained in the said Order in Council of the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, relating to the rate of interest at which the said loans may be borrowed by imposing, in lieu of a reference to a rate of five pounds per centum in each respective case, a condition that the said sums mentioned in the Fifth Column of the said Schedule, or any parts thereof, may be raised at a rate of interest being such as shall not produce to the lenders a rate exceeding the respective rate specified in the Sixth Column of the said Schedule.

Recreation Reserves in Southland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of June, 1932.

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Southland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act ; and such reserves shall hereafter be known as the Half-moon Bay Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
HALF-MOON BAY DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being Lot 1, Block III, D.P. 2930, part Section 107, Block I, Paterson District, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 140, folio 27, Invercargill Registry.
Also all that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 35 perches, more or less, being Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, Block III, D.P. 2930, part Section 107, Block I, Paterson District, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 140, folio 224, Invercargill Registry.
Also all that area in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 17 perches, more or less, being Lot 14, Block III, D.P. 2930, part Section 107, Block I, Paterson District, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 140, folio 28, Invercargill Registry.

Revoking Appointment of Rotomanu Domain Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of June, 1932.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the twentieth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Rotomanu Domain.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Scientific and Industrial Research Act, 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following regulations prescribing the rate of honorarium payable to the Chairman of the Industrial Division of the Research Council appointed in accordance with section three of the Scientific and Industrial Research Amendment Act, 1931,
