Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Rahotu Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of June, 1932.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
George Gibson,
Walter Clement Guy Green,
Thomas Pole Hughson,
Vincent Seymour Tyrrell,
Louis Fischer,
Thomas Willeox, and
Gerald Dawson
to be the Rahotu Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twentieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Road Board Office, Rahotu, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

RAHOTU DOMAIN.—TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
Section 45, Block I, Opunake Survey District: Area, 28 acres 2 roods 11 perches.
Section 105, Block I, Opunake Survey District: Area, 20 acres.
Section 187, Block I, Opunake Survey District: Area, 1 acre 1 rood 16·4 perches.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Leonard Bennett,
Gordon Shepherd,
Percy Treadwell, and
Henry Martin Neal
to be the Port Albert Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Port Albert Domain Pavilion as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
PORT ALBERT DOMAIN.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, being portion of Allotment 195, Oruawharo Parish, containing 19 acres 3 roods 35·8 perches, more or less; and bounded, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Allotment M145, Oruawharo Parish; towards the south by the said Allotment, the crossing of a public road, and again by the said Allotment M145, 1880·8 links; thence towards the west generally by the northern portion of Allotment 145 and portion of Allotment 195, both of the aforesaid parish, 272·6 and 1334·7 links; and thence towards the north-east generally by a public road, the crossing of another public road, and again by the aforesaid public road, 1375 and 1133·6 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/781, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Order in Council varying the Term and Rate of Interest in respect of the Wairarapa Electric-power Board’s Loan of £17,450.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of June, 1932.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by Order in Council made on the fourteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, and published in the Gazette on the seventeenth day of the same month, at page 545, consent has been given to the raising by the Wairarapa Electric-power Board of the Redemption Loan, 1932, up to the amount of seventeen thousand four hundred and fifty pounds, for a term of twenty-six years, at a rate of interest not exceeding the rate therein specified, and subject to the condition relating to the establishment of a sinking fund therein set out:
And whereas the said sum of seventeen thousand four hundred and fifty pounds has not yet been borrowed, and it is expedient to vary, as regards the borrowing of the said sum, the conditions of the said Order in Council relating to the term and the rate of interest at which the said loan may be borrowed:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section sixty-three of the Finance Act, 1932, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby vary the conditions contained in the said Order in Council of the fourteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two, relating to the term and the rate of interest at which the said loan may be borrowed by imposing, in lieu of references to a term of twenty-six years and a rate of interest not exceeding five pounds five shillings per centum, conditions that the said sum of seventeen thousand four hundred and fifty pounds, or any part thereof, may be raised for a term of ten years at a rate of interest being such as shall not produce to the lenders a rate exceeding five pounds ten shillings per centum.

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of June, 1932.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Selwyn Park Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
SELWYN PARK DOMAIN.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Dargaville, situate in Block XIII, Maungara Survey District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Lot 195 and Lots 226 to 245 inclusive, on a plan deposited at the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, and numbered 859; being a subdivision of part Kathu No. 2b Block. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/952, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
