Revoking the Setting-apart of Lands for Selection by Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamations made on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and the thirteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and published in the Gazette of the eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and the nineteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, respectively, setting apart lands for selection by discharged soldiers under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as they relate to the lands in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
(a) SECTIONS 9 and 10, Block XIII, Cape Survey District (now known as Sections 22 and 23, Block XIII, Cape Survey District) : Area, 301 acres 1 rood 11 perches.
(b) Section 13, Block XIII, Cape Survey District : Area, 86 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of June, 1932.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Block X, Norsewood Survey District, Hawke’s Bay Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of June, 1932.

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation as a reserve for a gravel-pit over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Changing the Purpose of Reserves in Town of Whakatane, Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of June, 1932.

THE RIGHT HON. G. W. FORBES, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto are reserves duly set apart for buildings and other purposes of the Department of Agriculture : And whereas it is expedient that the reservation over such lands shall be changed to sites for public buildings of the General Government :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from reserves for buildings and other purposes of the Department of Agriculture to reserves for sites for public buildings of the General Government.
