SCHEME UNDER THE RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE, AND EDUCATIONAL TRUSTS ACT, 1908.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, the trustee of the estate of Mary Margaret Dignan, late of Auckland, Widow (deceased), has prepared a scheme under Part III of the Religious, Charitable, and Educational Trusts Act, 1908, for the disposal of a disclaimed devise in the said estate, which scheme has been submitted to the Solicitor-General in terms of the said Act.
Application for approval of the scheme will be made to a Judge of the Supreme Court at Auckland on the 20th day of June, 1932, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon. Copies of the scheme with the report of the Solicitor-General endorsed thereon may be inspected free of charge at the offices of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Waterloo Quadrant, Auckland, or at the offices of Messieurs Stanton and Johnston, Solicitors, Selborne Chambers, O'Connell Street, Auckland.

THE NAPIER BOROUGH COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LANDS FOR STREET-WIDENING AND SERVICE LANES.
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928, the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, the Town-planning Act, 1926, the Hawke's Bay Earthquake Act, 1931, and respective amendments to the said Acts, the Napier Town-planning Regulations, 1931, and the regulations issued under the said Acts and any amendments thereof respectively.
NOTICE is hereby given that The Napier Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts and regulations, to execute certain public works—namely, the widening of certain streets, and to provide certain public services (namely, sewers, water-supply, and electric lighting), and to make provision for access for fire-prevention, and other purposes within the provisions of the Town-planning Act, 1926;
And that the lands described in the First Schedule hereto are required to be taken for the purposes of public streets: and further that the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are required to be taken for purposes of public services—namely, sewers, water-supply, and electric lighting, and for access for fire-prevention, and other purposes within the provisions of the Town-planning Act, 1926.
Notice is further given that plans of the lands required to be taken for the purposes aforesaid are deposited in the Borough Council Chambers, Tennyson Street, Napier, and are open for inspection by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of the said lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of the said lands must set forth their objections in writing and send the same on or before the second day of July, 1932, being a date not less than forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk at the Borough Council Chambers, Tennyson Street, Napier.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the companies Act, 1908, and in the matter of THE NELSON TOM THUMB MINIATURE GOLF Co., LTD.
An extraordinary general meeting of the above company duly convened and held at the registered office of the company at National Bank Chambers, Trafalgar Street, Nelson, on Monday, 16th May, 1932, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be would up voluntarily."
And at the said meeting Edgar Rollo Neale, of 88 Hardy Street, Nelson, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.
