COTTRELL’S MART, LIMITED.
IN LIQUIDATION.
Cottrell’s Mart, Limited, registered under the Companies
Act, 1908, and carrying on business at Rotorua.
AT an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
held on the 9th day of May, 1932, at the registered
office of the company, the following resolution was passed :
“That it having been proved to the satisfaction of the
company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, carry on
in business the company go into voluntary liquidation; and
that Mr. J. D. SMITH, of Auckland, Trade Assignee, be
appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the winding-up.”
All creditors having claims against the company must
lodge the same with the Liquidator, Power Board Buildings,
Queen Street, Auckland, on or before the 30th day of June.

THE DOMINION PAINT AND TAR PRODUCTS, LTD.
IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908, and in the matter
of THE DOMINION PAINT AND TAR PRODUCTS, LTD.
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders
of the above-named company, duly convened and held
in No. 1 Room, Wain’s Hotel, Dunedin, on Thursday, the
25th day of February, 1932, the following extraordinary
resolution was duly passed:—
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting
that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same,
and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
At the said meeting JOHN HENDERSON BARBOUR, Company
Manager, was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such
winding-up.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
TAKE notice that the partnership heretofore existing
between W. A. Toogood and K. J. H. AINSLIE, and
carried on at 12 Panama Street, Wellington, under the style
of “Toogood & Ainslie,” has been dissolved by mutual
consent from the 30th day of April, 1932.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above company went
into liquidation on the 18th May, 1932, when the
following extraordinary resolution for going into liquidation
and for appointing the Liquidator was passed:
“It is hereby resolved that it is proved to the satisfaction
of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the
same; and that Mr. P. E. PATTRICK, Public Accountant,
Wellington, be appointed Liquidator.”

WAIKATO COUNTY COUNCIL.
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928.
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waikato County
Council proposes to execute a certain public work—
to wit, the formation of a road—for which purpose the
following lands require to be taken by the Waikato County
Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928,
sections 22 and 23, that is to say:
2 roods 30·6 perches, being portion of Allotment Number 328
of the Parish of Whangamarino, situated in Block XVI,
Maramarua Survey District, Auckland Land District : as the
same is more particularly delineated on a plan lodged in the
Survey Office at Auckland, under Number 26636, and thereon
coloured pink.
A plan of the lands required to be taken as aforesaid is
open for inspection at the office of the Te Kauwhata Town
Board.
All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in
writing any well-founded objections to the execution of such
work or to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing
to the Waikato County Council within forty days from the
date of the first publication of this notice.
