NOTICE is hereby given that the leases and licenses of the undermentioned lands having been declared forfeited by resolutions of the Land Boards of the respective land districts, the said lands have thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924, and of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.

Settlement Land in Auckland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned settlement land will be offered for sale for cash or on deferred payments by public auction on the property on Wednesday, 6th July, 1932, at 2.30 o'clock p.m., under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.

Waipa County.-Tautari Village.-Tautari Settlement.
SECTION 6 : Area, 5 acres. Upset price, £50.
Undulating section situated at Pukeatua, on the main road in close proximity to the post-office, school, and stores. Access is from Te Awamutu Railway-station, which is sixteen miles distant. The soil is a light loam resting on clay formation. Watered by a swampy creek.
The improvements existing on the section, and which are included in the capital value, consist of 4 acres in grass.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections are open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act; 1924, and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 4 o'clock p.m. on Monday, 27th June, 1932.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Tuesday, 28th June, 1932, at 10 o'clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board, or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants.
