HIS Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of section 49 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, been pleased to make the following appointments :β€”

George Washington Dennis
to be a member of the Makarewa Domain Board, in place of John William Gedney, deceased.

Marcus Thomas Jackman
to be a member of the Willsher Domain Board, in place of George Hay, deceased.

Henry Franklin Shepherd
to be a member of the Buffalo Domain Board, in place of George Hubert Applegate, deceased.

Henry Ricketts
to be a member of the Wakefield Domain Board, in place of William Stringer, deceased.

Arnold Peterson
to be a member of the Mt. Wellington Domain Board, in place of James Donald, resigned.

Leslie William Robert Pierce
to be a member of the Orari Park Domain Board, in place of Albert Rysdale, resigned.

Robert James McPike
to be a member of the Papamoa Domain Board, in place of Whetu Henare Wero hia, who has been absent from three consecutive meetings without the consent of the Board.
Selwyn McIlroy Watson and Charles Green
to be members of the Coalgate Domain Board, in place of John James Harwood and William Watson, resigned.

Frank Smith and Lewis Miller
to be members of the Pungarehu Domain Board in place of Michael William Beattie, deceased, and Harold Symons, left the district.

Appointment of Honorary Child Welfare Officer under the Child Welfare Act, 1925.

Appointment of Officer under Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of the Official Appointments and Documents Act, 1919, appointed
Ernest Appleton, of Hokitika, to be an Officer for the purposes of Part II of the first-mentioned Act, in respect of the Westland Acclimatization District.

Appointment of Officer under Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908.

IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-General has, in pursuance of the provisions of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of the Official Appointments and Documents Act, 1919, cancelled the appointment of Samuel Murray Anderson, of Mount Somers, as an Officer for the purposes of Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and has appointed Samuel Murray Anderson Chaffey, of Mount Somers, to be an Officer for the purposes of the said Part II, in respect of the Ashburton Acclimatization District.
