I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road in Motueka Survey District, described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres 1 rood 6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through parts Section 96, District of Moutere.

Situated in Block XVI, Motueka Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 743r).

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 82994 deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

B Y virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Charles, Baron Bledisloe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

Part of Provisional State Forest 138.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 996 acres 2 roods 32 perches, more or less, being Section 1, Block XIV, Tairua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 23/24, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
