NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between MARTIN CHRISTIANSEN, DANIEL WILLIAM CHRISTIANSEN, and ENOCH CHRISTIANSEN, carrying on business as Sawmillers, at Kakahi and elsewhere, under the firm name of “Christiansen Bros.,” has been dissolved as from the date hereof, so far as concerns the said Martin Christiansen, who has retired from the said firm.

In the matter of the Counties Act, 1920, and the Public Works Act, 1928.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Kairanga County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-named Act, and of all other Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf, to execute a certain public work—namely, the construction and widening of a road on parts of Ngawhakaraua 2 and 1c 1b, 2 and 1c 1a, 1c 2 Block IV, Mount Robinson Survey District, and part of Lower Aorangi 3J No. 1 Subdivision A, Block XVI, Te Kawau Survey District, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken:

And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the said Kairanga County Council, situate at Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North, and is there open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours, and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or by the taking of such lands, who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work, or to the taking of such lands, must set forth their objections in writing and send such writing within forty days from the 17th day of May, 1932 (being the date of the first publication of this notice) to the said Kairanga County Council addressed to the County Clerk at the County Office, Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North.

AREA of lands required to be taken: 7·7 perches, being parts of Ngawhakaraua 2 and 1c 1b, 2 and 1c 1a, 1c 2 Block IV, Mount Robinson Survey District; 1 rood 23·4 perches, part of Lower Aorangi 3J No. 1 Subdivision A, Block XVI, Te Kawau Survey District.

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 168 of the Companies Act, 1908, and by signed entry in its minute-book, this company, on the 9th day of May, 1932, duly passed the following resolution:—
